About us

Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. opened its doors in January 2004 to align with a vision of providing highly individualized patient treatment in a caring setting – FOCUSED ON RESULTS.

Our primary goal for our patients at Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. is to relieve pain, improve movement, and restore functioning. Our secondary goal is to provide preventative healthcare in order to reduce the patient’s risk of re-injury.

Through comprehensive patient evaluation, our clinical team will take the necessary time in order to develop a treatment plan that is specific to each patient’s unique needs.

Kate Schwartz Physical Therapy, LLC was established and began operations in 1994. I owned and managed the practice for 30 years before selling it to Sport and Spine, LLC in 2025. Additionally, I held the physical therapy contract with Phillips Exeter Academy from 1992-2019.

Harrison Lendrum
PT, DPT

Harrison Lendrum, DPT earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in 2025. During his time at Husson, he was a student-athlete and played collegiate baseball, balancing a rigorous academic load with a strong commitment to athletics and teamwork.

As part of his clinical education, he completed two outpatient orthopedic rotations and one inpatient rehabilitation rotation, gaining valuable experience in a variety of patient care settings. These experiences helped him develop a well-rounded skill set in musculoskeletal assessment, therapeutic exercise, and patient-centered treatment planning.

A lifelong fan of New England sports, he brings the same passion and energy to his practice as he does cheering for his favorite teams. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, running, and playing pick-up basketball—activities that reflect his active lifestyle and ongoing interest in fitness and performance.
