Karen Goldberg PT

Karen is a licensed Physical Therapist. She has been practicing physical therapy for 11 years.  Karen joined Sport & Spine Physical Therapy, Inc. in December 2007.

Karen graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1992.  She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long-term rehabilitation, and home health with an emphasis on orthopedics for over 7 years, giving her a good understanding of the continuum of care. She has continued her education by taking numerous courses focusing on treatment of the spine, manual therapy, and core stabilization.  At her previous employment in Monterey, CA she developed and taught both neck and back land based and aquatic classes. She believes strongly that patient education is the key to empowering her clients to become active and successful participants in their own healing.
